hotel was nice. but hotel restaurant was very bad service and we got the wrong thing that we had to pay for something they did wrong. ordered wine with food we got wine after we finished eating because they couldn't find the wine we were supposed to have.

Great hotel! Second time I stay there. Super close to everything and with parking under the hotel in their own parking lot. Couldn’t be more convenient.

Good hotel, bad EV charging habits

Always happy to be back at this hotel, would perhaps suggest that they "help" the EV owners to move their cars when done so others also could use the service.

Great hotel, although the walls are very thin it seems - so if you have an issue with hearing your “neighbor” on the phone or whatnot, you might want to check on that. Nice location and smack in the middle of the city, so can’t get much better if you’re looking at location.

Never stay here !

The bed was very uncomfortable, the duvet was as thin as paper and the pillows were well unusable to be honest. The bathroom was outdated and the shower was so small with a curtain. This made showering very awkward. The noise from the oppsite street was so bad it was impossible to sleep until the pubs closed. This is not good when you order a family room. There is no door staff on the hotel, and we had one guest drunk who was banging on all doors screaming "let me in" at 03:00, staff did nothing to quieten this man down. Breakfast was nice though but hard to enjoy after such a restless night. I will never stay at this hotel again. If i had known i would have happy paid 1000kr more to stay somewhere a lot nicer and quieter. To be honest Radisson should reimburse my money as this was a horrible experience !

Fint rom, gode senger, hyggelig personale. Mye støy i helgen fra Jomfru Ane gade, så ikke så lett å få sove. Få parkeringsplasser på hotellet, så måtte stå i et veldig dyrt P-hus noen av dagene. Ellers helt ok frokostbuffet. Reiste med familie i juli.

Efter att ha bott på Radisson Waterfront hade jag vissa förväntningar. Hotellet är bra men inte utmärkt sett till standarden på rummen. + sköna sängar och kuddar + fin utsikt mot kanalen - badrum med vävtapet och liten duschkabin med duschdraperi - heltäckningsmatta som känns ofräsch

Not a good experience

We needed to change room due to the ugly smell from sewers. In addition, the toilet seat had not been cleaned properly. Lack of air conditioning caused inconvenience. The brutal noise from the street all night long, until 6 a.m. really disturbed sleeping. The breakfast was not satisfying. The selection was restricted. Price-quality relationship was really poor. The hotel was the most expensive of the five hotels during our journey and clearly the worst quality. The hotel does not respect the brand of Radisson Blu.
