By far, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was beautiful, staff were exceptionally friendly, and the water park was beyond my expectations. Everything about the hotel was beautiful, and so full of details. 10/10

Allt var jätte bra förutom att man inte får badtofflor eller badrock. Så om man inte har med sig tofflor, får man gå barfota och det är rätt så ofräscht. Blöt i hissen osv. Jag tycker det är givet på ett badhotell. Annars allt andra jätte bra. Frukosten var jätte bra!

+ bra frukostbuffé - För dyr för den service man fick. Rummen saknade vattenkokare och kylskåp, inget te/kaffe. Obekväma trånga sängar. Vanligtvis brukar hotell som även har vattenbassäng/ jacuzzi erbjuda extra handdukar och tofflor, men här fanns det inget inne på rum, man fick be om det i receptionen att få extra handdukar. Bekvämligheter för familjer med spädbarn är mycket begränsad. Personal med varierad servicekvalitet. Otroligt dyr mat, man får inte be om kranvatten någonstans, allt vatten kostar förutom rummet toavatten. Man borde få mycket mer för det priset man betalar.

Et kjekt opphold på hotellet, veldig bra badeland med eget basseng/område for de minste. Frokosten var også gøy da bamsene “Lollo og Bearnie” kom inn og hilste på barna. Bamsene hadde også flere ulike aktiviteter iløpet av dagen som man kunne delta på gratis. Lekerom som vises på bildene var tatt bort, spillerom var dog der fortsatt. Forstod at hotellet pusses opp og vi bodde på den gamle delen. Fortsatt fint rom med vifte i taket som hjalp på varmen. Badet var ikke mye å skryte over, og i dusjen var det noe som kunne ligne på mugg mellom noen av fugene. Det var ikke minibar/kjøleskap. Rengjøring av rom må bestilles dagen før. Gode parkeringsmuligheter for bil like ved. Veldig hyggelig personale og god hjelp å få. Kommer nok til å reise her igjen da barna storkoste seg.

Veldig fint hotell for barnefamilier. Supert badeland, forskjellige spillerom og stort hotell med god plass. Pent og fint interiør. Bra opplegg med Lollo og Bernie, flinke personale som så alle barna, tok hensyn og gjorde opplevelsen veldig god. Vennlig og service innstilt personale. Minus for at man ikke fikk ha med barnevogn ut i hotellets uteområdet eller bassengområde, upraktisk for oss med små barn.

Hotellets allmänna ytor har renoverats och är mycket fina, men rummen är orenoverade och slitna. Framförallt badrummet är nedgånget. Vi hade mögel i duschen. Toaletten var inte ordentligt rengjort. Sen var rummet väldigt varmt, finns inget sätt att justera temperaturen mer än en takfläkt. För 4 000kr hade jag väntat mig mer.
