Amazing resort-hotel with well maintained rooms and very friendly staff. In the middle of the hotel there's a water park with multiple indoor and outdoor pools, slides and also spa facilities, e.g. 2 saunas and a steam bath. The location is also great in the middle of the city with various restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only thing slightly missing is a proper bar. There are restaurants where drinks can also be ordered, but no dedicated bar to spend cozy evenings.

It was not good at all, specially the staff was not nice. The only person was good there is Tenna, because we booked one night to sleep over but it couldn't be possible because the boat was cancelled for the next day and the new date they choose is not ok with us and we want to book another extra day with hotel but there was no possibility, then we have to do check out the same day, it was a horrible something we haven't expected.

The hotel is very convenient because it’s only a short walk from the ferry terminal. If you’re arriving from Gothenburg, you basically step off the boat and you’re almost there. The design is another strong point—the lobby and the restaurant look stylish and well thought-out, and the overall atmosphere is colorful and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and nice. However, there are a few things to keep in mind, especially for couples. The hotel attracts a lot of families with children, and the pool area is almost always full of kids. It gets loud, busy, and a bit chaotic, which makes it hard to enjoy the pool area. There’s no adults-only section or quieter space for those who prefer a more relaxing environment, so the noise is unavoidable. Our room was on one of the top floors, and although the slanted roof made it look charming, we couldn’t open the window. Without fresh air, the room felt stuffy, and after a while it became uncomfortable. I would have preferred a lower floor with windows that actually open. Cleanliness was another issue. The toilet bowl had a noticeable yellow tint, the kind that comes from older stains that haven’t been fully removed and would require stronger cleaning agents. Breakfast was supposed to be available until ten, but they started clearing everything away 20 minutes early. Since we had the last time slot, we barely had time to eat before the food disappeared. If breakfast is advertised until ten, it really should stay out until ten.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht top, aber akzeptabel. Die Reinigung musste man einen Tag vorher buchen, sonst wurde nicht gereinigt. Gerne ein Zimmer mit etwas Ausblick gehabt, unser Zimmer schaute auf die hässliche Rückpassade eines benachbarten Hauses, das ganz dicht an unserem Hotel stand.
