"The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the view from our room when we arrived but the manager (think her name was Tatyana) went out of her way to sort this out for us. The rooms were spotless - the towels were changed 2 or 3 times a day! The beach is a great addition to the amenities and the view there is spectacular.
