The road to the property is inconvenient, limited shopping and no dining possibilities in the neighbourhood. If you have a car, you may enjoy the view and modern furnitured rooms.

The Casa collection whilst fairly new with nice size rooms was actually in the middle of a building site when we were there. Lots of Lorries passing the car park at the back throwing up lots of concrete dust that covered everything. No amenities close by and the road to get there is very dangerous.

We have just got home from an excellent 5 day stay at Casa, I can’t thank niko and the rest of the team enough for a fantastic stay, they were so helpful with anything we needed during our stay especially arranging taxis for us. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone

While we stayed only one night, would have liked to stay a week or more. Very comfortable and relaxing. Great view! The staff was AAA plus. The only improvement would be better signs to find the actual property.

Visiting Montenegro it is understood that the area is beautifully rustic and elegant. This property is no exception. The Amenities were superior, but the staff was like family. We sincerely appreciated their service and I would happily bring my family again.

Great value for money apartments with great views!

Tucked away in the mountains is this lovely new apartment complex. Great views of the bay of Kotor. Clean, well equipped apartment with smart TV. Nice bathroom. Swimming pool looked really nice, but didn't get the chance to use it. Staff on check-in were very friendly and helpful. For the money, it was fantastic!

Initially we booked 2 nights but extended 1 more night. Place located on top of the hill very quiet. Staffs were amazing especially Niko. We were up graded 1+1room which separates the bedrooms to living and kitchen. If you like quiet holiday I would highly recommend. Also was near to old town Kotor.

One nite stay over

The owner is super friendly and helpful. It have a nice patio with a good view. But the hot water turn cold after I finish washing my hair. Not sure why is that so. Same thing happened to my wife. And the bed is way too soft.

Great view

My wife and I stayed in Casa Collection for two nights in May 2025. There was a bit of a mix up when we checked in, but it was quickly fixed. Two things make this place worth staying in; the incredible view and the lovely staff! Ali in particular was extremely helpful. Google maps sends you by this terrible, dangerous, narrow road through the Vrmac Tunnel when yravwlling up from Kotor. Avoid this at all costs and take the road that passes Fort Trojica, even if it seems a bit longer. The traffic is horrible in Kotor so best to take a taxi if you want to explore the town; ask reception to get in touch with Dalibor. He is great and very honest. The Apt was almost new and we slept like babies. The couch had a big stain and there were other little annoyances, but we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was very nice, the team (Hale, Nico, Ibrahim and co. was very nice to us and always asked about our well-being. the apartments are very modern and comfortable. the outdoor area is very clean and the pool is a highlight. we would book there again because we were very satisfied. Montenegro is definitely worth a trip, but I would recommend renting a car to be more mobile. Thanks for everything guys!!! :) Greetings Mandy

Der Ausblick war super, dass war aber das einzig Gute. Das Zimmer war schon total abgewohnt. In der Küche fehlte teilweise die Verblendung. Es gab am Anfang auch nur eine Tasse. Das ganze Appartment war schlecht gereinigt. In Schränken und Schubladen lag noch Dreck und Haare von Vorgänger. Statt täglicher Reinigung, wie es Expedia ausweißt wurde nur einmal in 6 Tagen gereinigt und das auch eher schlecht als recht. Wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön. Zeitweise war es etwas laut von der Baustelle nebenan und zweitweise störte eine defekte laute Poolpumpe. Der Pool selbst war in Ordnung und es gab ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, da es fussläufig nur einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt.

Es war schön ruhig und entspannt Aber manchmal kommen eltern mit kinder die nicht vom hotel nur für das Restaurant und pool . Es wird danach sehr sehr laut für eine schöne orte braucht man auch ruhe.. aber personal waren sehr nett und freundlich

The hotel is up on a hill, were there are no supermarkets, no public transportation, no shuttle-service and no way to walk down by feet. To have a car is obligatory to not be stuck in one place. All of this is not written in the description of the hotel which is misleading!!! Around the pool it was very loud the whole time because everywhere nearby where new building lots. The „reception“ is only a small floor and the people that work there barely spoke and understood English. After 2 of 7 days I decided to Check-out because as a female solo-traveller without a car I was stuck there… Until now the owner of the Hotel hasn‘t answered any of my messages and refuse to give me part of my money back! I wouldn‘t recommend it at all!!!
