Very good selection for breakfast for kids and adults. Courteous staff. Very kind and friendly to our kids from bringing them drawing books and colored pencils at the dinner table to offering them off menu kids options at the restaurant. The spa was perfect, from the sauna to the hot tub to the pool. we were here off season at the end of October so not too crowded. Enjoyed a great massage from Ivana, highly recommend. Private beach with food options at the beach bar. All made out 4 night stay with 2 young children very pleasant. Thank you.

One of the best hotels I've never stayed at

Very impressed with this hotel, room and bathroom were a good size, we did not have a balcony room but still got a view overlooking the marina. The restaurant was very good and all staff were very helpful and friendly ensureing that we had the best possible stay. There is parking under and outside the hotel and the staff will help out if there are no free spaces although we managed to find a space each day

Calm elegant tranquil. Two restaurants very good - breakfast is amazing - high quality ingredients- different things to try. It’s a bit of battle to get an outside table at the residence building restaurant. Convenient Location as it is close to Croatia border - 15 mins drive - before Kotor where traffic builds up in the summer. Relaxing private beach.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, food and surroundings. Big, big downfall was the pool area - full of unruly, very rude / naughty children / teenagers not staying at the hotel. They were extremely rude to us and other guests which left us unable to use the pool due to their behaviour and vile manners. It totally ruined our stay and numerous other hotel guests stay (despite us complaining on numerous occasions). We were extremely disappointed and checked out due to this. Disappointed that a 5* (expensive) hotel allows for outside guests to use the pool area at no extra charge. Totally lowers the standard of the hotel and immediately facilitates.

We were upgraded from a superior room with balcony & sea view to a studio with balcony & sea view. It was a lovely start to our visit when checking in. Sitting around the outside pool in the beach area was also very pleasant. Plenty of space on the beach and easy to order a drink. I do however have two slightly negative comments, which remove it from being a perfect stay for us: Firstly: subject to paying a fairly hefty price, the pool & beach area is open to anyone else who isn't staying at the hotel. Which means the pool was very busy and rowdy at times, which didn't make it feel like you were staying at an exclusive 5 star hotel. Secondly: we booked the more expensive hotel transfer (a black Mercedes S class) instead of a regular taxi, to take us to the airport. Annoyingly, our flight was cancelled less than six hours before. I subsequently tried to re-arrange the transfer but was told I could not do this for free as it was cancelled within 24 hours. Essentially I would have to pay again. This was not at all helpful given the already high impact a 24 hour flight delay would cause us. However, to give them credit, after pushing back and discussing with many staff including the hotel manager, they did offer a free exchange and so we drove to another hotel for our last night. Just a shame it left a slightly sour taste.

Wonderful stay, fantastic food and a beautiful property. The manager of the restaurants "Uros" really went above and beyond and provided the absolute definition of 5 star service.
