Hotel with a Concierge in Mongolia

"Excellent location, breakfast, beds and showers. Everything is close by on the Square, and it feels a bit posh especially after 8 nights of gers!"

"Overall it was a good hotel. Personnel was helpful but weirdly they didn't have soap to was hands. Even when they asked they brought extra tiny bottles of shower gel."

"Great breakfast, bar well stocked and good staff. Room cleaners were great and helpful. For us, not as close to some of the main square attractions as we would have liked so a lot of cab rides. Only other complaint would be the grab bars in the tub and towel racks were loose and the bathroom door was not installed flush with the wall. Suite 807"

"Location is great, traffic makes it a bit noisy for street facing rooms. Staff was incredibly helpful, breakfast offered a very nice variety and the airport rides were always prompt. I would stay there again. Also, air conditioning was so great after hot Ulanbaatar days."

"The staff accommodated an early arrival which was very appreciated (we had to pay for it, though). Breakfasts were satisfying. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Shower water spilled out onto floor when showering. Entire hotel was clean. Fridge did not get cold. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall an average experience. Would stay here again. "
