Beautiful building. A little shabby in places. Our room was accross from a beer garden with a stage and even on the 16th floor, it was pretty loud late into the night. Most of the restaurants in the hotel were closed during our entire stay. The Blue Sky lounge was very disappointing. The staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate and the views were very nice. The pool and spa were a great perk.

Some of the nighttime activity is shifting and this hotel is in a better position this year to anchor a business center with a government office now in the building as well. I had a nice stay.
