“A very grand and well positioned building, handy for attractions and stations and great view. Communal areas well maintained. Rooms very poor. Acknowledging this is Blackpool, it’s nearly winter and weather this weekend was grim, water pouring in through windows and a huge draft from poorly maintained windows and being told to stuff a town in window frame to absorb the water and wind is perhaps an unusual unique selling point… but ironically did work. “Terrible. It looked like the rooms hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a dead fly in room 277. The staff were extremely rude. Lack of communication and they did not acknowledge the payment through the online check-in. I demand better quality to the owner of this outrageous hotel. Please save your money and do not come to this hotel.”

“Bue”

“The room was terrible, walls were damp and room smelt because of the damp, wallpaper peeling off, bathroom disgusting, no soap in dispenser, bath had cracks and toilet didn’t flush properly”

“Renovación absoluta ”

“Liz at the front desk was Great ! She was very helpful with all the amenities and explained option to go out later at night! The room was great, clean and all my family could fit quite well! Location was excellent for someone visiting with no car”

“Excellent ratio of quality to price. The restaurant dinner buffet was very limited.”

“Came to a room in the dungeons through a corridor that was not even decorated Room was okish but the toilet had not been cleaned and the bowl was full of dried urine stains”

“2 rooms booked for 1 night. One room wasn't cleaned so we were given another. The other room had lingering damp smell. Room needed updating. Everything was very old. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.”

“Estaba todo limpio hasta que tuvimos que mover la cama porque cayo el movil en ese lado ...no hay un colador para hacer pasta . Los cubiertos son minimos”

“Amazing place to stay, Great hotel!”
