"It’s a 2 star hotel disguised as a 4 star. Staff are rude and unhelpful to even the most basic requests; if you arrive early they refuse to let you use the facilities, any of them, the only thing they will allow you to do is pay and eat at the restaurant. And even that they make it seem like they’re doing you the biggest favour. The bedroom walls are paper-thin, you can literally hear people having a conversation in the next room. Considering the Indonesian standards and the affordable room rates, I find the quality to be very good (though there can be some differences depending on the room). The food quality varies slightly depending on the chef, but overall, it's quite delicious. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is very smooth and reliable."
