The washroom was mouldy and dirty. I informed the receptionist within the first two hours of my arrival. I was told that the hotel will inform Housekeeping. I said that it’s a matter that cannot be resolved with a guest staying in the room, because it needed to be bleached and throughly cleaned, but nothing was done. I just gave up. Later the next day I was asked if I wanted to change my room but I didn’t because my issue was not addressed accordingly anyways. After I mentioned that I will not be giving this property a very good review, they tried to recover with a fruit plate and free transport to the airport. The good thing is they tried to recovery the guest but failed to resolve the core issue

Super employees and great hotel with potential

Very Friendly Checkin but -air Conditioning was working very poor - Freezer was almost not working - Tresor was the battery empty Nevertheless the room is great, clean… They tried to do their best to solve the issues But why after customers arrived?

ゆっくりしている時間がなかったので 周辺の評価は難しいのですが、朝食がとても美味しくホテルでの滞在は快適でした。 従業員も皆親切で良いホテルだと思います。 シャワーを使うとトイレに水たまりが出来てしまった以外は快適でした。 （サンダルを持っていれば問題ありませんし、朝にははけていました。）
