"I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou. The room was modern, beautifully designed, and very clean, which made the entire stay feel incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The location was also a huge plus. It’s close to Panmen Gate and the gardens, and getting around was really easy. Everything felt convenient without being too busy. Overall, a great mix of comfort, design, and location. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Well the hotel was nice but uncontrolled people who smoke in the buyeven there’s no smoking everywhere. Elevator not enough to handle the crowd. I was there when there was a party at the restaurant elevator too small and couldn’t accommodate so many people. And people were smoking everywhere. Not a smoke free place"

"The hotel was very spacious and quite, and has a great location next to the lake. If you like to take morning walks with a nice view of the gardens and lake, it is perfect for you. The only problem I had was, it was hard to communicate with everyone at the hotel, specially when no one speaks English! I had a rough time trying to explain a few things to the front desk, and asking for directions and places to go around the city. I had the same problem with the waiters at their restaurants, a...
