"it's not a happy experience for this stay. first as we miss the hotel information that this hotel does not have 24-hours service center. you must check in before 11pm. and after 23pm no reception no service provide. and also they will lock the hotel door that you are not able to go out. As we don't know the situation that we only received the hotel email at 10:57pm for asking about our reservation, we reply at once but after 20min that the hotel send an email telling us that as they are closed...
