The hotel has a very convenient location, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The room was clean and had everything we needed, though it was quite basic and there wasn’t much space to move around. Strategic location with good service

The place was closeby to good food options, shopping, and even to a Catholic church. The staff were helpful and responsive to queries. Hotel room was big enough including the bathroom with a tub and shower. We will look forward in returning on future trips.

Highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Kobe. Location is terrific, less than 10mins walk to Sannomiya Station, tons of restaurant nearby, shopping is just 10mins away. Facility is clean and new, staff are super friendly and we'll versed in English, communication was great. Checkout thru their kiosk was a breeze.
