Perfect hotel! It’s is perfectly placed next to everything you need and walking distance to the station. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious with great views, very classy and very nice staff. You can see the property is well kept and cared for. I will certainly stay here again without any hesitation on my next visit and stay in Kobe. The room was huge, especially by Japanese standards. Also one thing I loved was how the aircon kept a very comfortable atmosphere in the room, including the toilet

Some more maintenance could be done. Refrigerator was not working and when I went to check if it was plugged it, there were piles of dust behind. Toilet seat had some clear glue like substance on it, maybe residual cleaner. Overall clean otherwise. The facilities are starting to look dated but kept it good shape. I wish I knew about the free shuttle before I walked 20 minutes from the train station. Free Landry machines are a nice touch with QR code to check machine status.

I have stayed at the Hotel Okura Kobe many times and highly recommend it when traveling to Kobe or the Kansai Area generally. Excellent service and excellent breakfast.
