“The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. Several of the staff spoke English which was very helpful. They gave excellent recommendations of where to go and what to do. Exceptional service and very clean property. There was an intern there who spoke fluent English who spent a lot of time helping us figure out our plans. Overall we were very happy! Highly recommend this property.”

“The room was clean and the hotel in general was very convenient. It was surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores. Daiso and Olive young across the street and the bus stop and stations a couple of minutes away.”

“En general todo bien. Pero no fue muy bueno sobre ruidos entre habitacion. Se eschuchaba ronque del Sr de habitacion de lado. Tambien escuchaba sonido de tele. Costo de desayuno del hotel es un poco caro comparando calidad o variedad de la comida. ”

“el hotel está situado por encima de un parking aparentemente público llenos de coches por lo que es algo difícil aparcar. otro punto negativo son sus ascensores cuyo algoritmo no está bien estudiado por lo que para subir o bajar se forman largas colas. el ultimo punto negativo es q para acceder a la piscina hace falta pagar un extra de 20000 wones por persona. ”

“First of all, the staff were really professional and nice. The viewfrom the room was great, too. One drawback is that I wish I could have known in advance on the website that I needed to wear aqua shoes to enter the infinity pool. Also, I didn't quite understand why the check-in process starts at 3 PM. Even if entering the room is from 3 PM, I wish I could have checked in earlier.”

“Rooms are huge, spotless, and the view of the ocean and mountains is incredible. In my opinion, the best part of this hotel was its ambiance and location. However, a big warning to future guests booking on this platform: The infinity pool you see in all the marketing photos is NOT included with room booking. It's listed as a "Pool" amenity and the gym is listed as free, even self-parking is free, so you'd assume the pool is too. Felt really like a bait-and-switch when we arrived. So,...

“Fairly new hotel with fantastic location right in front of the Naksan Beach. The retail shops around the hotel were not fully open as it was non-peak season. Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1.
