The hotel is continently located near beaches, restaurants and stores. Panoramic view of ocean and city was beautiful. Room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. There are no utensils or plates… The beach near by was fun for all ages. Highly recommend to families with young children.

The view was amazing, with the ocean right in front of the hotel.
I loved being able to hear the sound of the waves, and there was a wide pine tree walking trail along the coast, which was perfect for relaxing strolls.
I went with a friend, and it was a truly healing and peaceful getaway.
I would definitely love to visit again.

this is a brand new residence/hotel complex in Gangneung, located in Songjeong beach area. this is not so bustling beach so that if you prefer a quite time in seaside of Gangneung, this is the right place. we had one night in an ocean view family room on 12th floor. the room is very spacious and well equipped with two large double beds for us (3 persons). they provide a good coffee machine, coffee cups, and wine glasses, but all of them are prepared for only two people, which is kind of strange for a family room and we paid for three persons. the hotel/residence has its own reastaurant arcade in the complex so that you have multiple dining options in the perimeter. However, we didn't use it but chose to take a short ride to nearby area for dinner and breakfast. If you have a car, then it would give you wider and affordable dining options. Overall, very satisfactory stay, and we will come back to this place again in the future.

Hotels.com and Google maps have this place incorrect on the map, the Residence is very close to the beach. We thought we had booked a place in town. We easily caught the bus to and from the residence to the train station using NAVER maps. A big new complex in new condition. We loved our room with an excellent shower, the bed a bit too hard and small for us. There’s new cafes and restaurants popping up around the complex. The pool times need booking which includes access to the pool bar. We didn’t try the breakfast.

룸컨디션, 인테리어, 화장실 위생 상태 너무 좋았습니다. 해수욕장은 아니지만 바다로 갈 수 있는 길도 있어서 좋았고 리조트의 하이라이트는 수영장 이였습니다. 사람이 많이 없는 4부로 예약했는데 적당히 사람 있었고 물도 적당히 따뜻해서 수영하기 너무 좋았습니다
