The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, right next to the outdoor market, which I really enjoyed because I had the opportunity to try a wide variety of local foods. It is also close to popular tourist attractions such as Seoraksan and the area's beautiful beaches. My single room overlooked the lake and a charming bridge, making the view especially relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

The reception desk staff were not very friendly nor welcoming. The room had a comfy bed and a small balcony with a nice view. We could not get the AC to work. Coffee station supplies are bare minimum - no sugar, no creamer, no spoon nor stir stick, two packs of instant coffee and one teabag. Hotel us well situated to walk and enjoy the area.
