“The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. Several of the staff spoke English which was very helpful. They gave excellent recommendations of where to go and what to do. Exceptional service and very clean property. There was an intern there who spoke fluent English who spent a lot of time helping us figure out our plans. Overall we were very happy! Highly recommend this property.”

“First of all, the staff were really professional and nice. The viewfrom the room was great, too. One drawback is that I wish I could have known in advance on the website that I needed to wear aqua shoes to enter the infinity pool. Also, I didn't quite understand why the check-in process starts at 3 PM. Even if entering the room is from 3 PM, I wish I could have checked in earlier.”

However, a big warning to future guests booking on this platform: The infinity pool you see in all the marketing photos is NOT included with room booking. It's listed as a "Pool" amenity and the gym is listed as free, even self-parking is free, so you'd assume the pool is too. Felt really like a bait-and-switch when we arrived. So,...
