“The elevator situation is terrible. They run really slowly and are constantly filled. Multiple times we had to either wait 15-20 mins or take the stairs from our 11th floor room just to get in and out of the hotel. Other than that, the property is clean and the location is great. Bare minimum towels and there is no actual staff. The room itself was nice; however, we booked an ocean room (which we technically got) but the main view of the ocean was from the bathroom. The living room balcony...

“객실에서 생선 비린내가 났습니다. 그거 말고는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 아마 직전 숙박객이 음식을 해먹고 겨울이라 환기가 좀 안 된 것 같습니다. 전화 응대나 모든 것이 친절했고, 객실이 복층이었는데 계단이 생각보다 높아서 좀 불편함이 있었습니다. 방은 아주 따뜻하고 좋았습니다.”
