"The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal."

"Expedia system didn't reserve my room properly, so no room was available during new year. Hotel staff speaks only spanish, so without spanish this hotel is impossible. (if you speak spanish well, it's very regular level of Ecuadorian hotel.) Other customers also missed rooms. Tel confirmation must be required. Don't rely on Expedia, "

"Nice hotel that has had a make-over in the past few years. Staff very helpful and accommodations in the rooms very nice. The hallways and areas between main lobby and rooms could use some improvement, given the price, the overall feel of the place is not super luxury. The food in the restaurant was superb. We had the complementary breakfast (which was extraordinary) plus two dinners and a lunch which were all exceptional. The restaurant staff seemed like they were nearly all new to the job...
