All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was great and offered a good amount of food. Eric was the best and helped us navigate getting around the island. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms are air conditioned; the staff did a wonderful job and we always saw them working around the property. Also very helpful. We only used the hot tub but the pool looked clean and clear. There is an exercise room with table tennis and places to lounge. Breakfast was made fresh every day. The hotel is set back from the touristy area (5 minute taxi ride, very cheap and taxis are easy to get) and there were quite a few roosters but they didn’t bother us. We also walked into town often and there is a local shop next to the hotel as well as a small brewery nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

The room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very quiet at night, which was really good for sleeping. The continental breakfast was good. The distance from the hotel to Puerto Ayora is about 1.4 miles; about a 6-minute drive (the cost is $2 one-way) or a 15-minute walk. The front desk can coordinate a taxi for you if needed. Walking at night was very safe from Puerto Ayora to the hotel.

Away from loud noise. Rooms are always cleaned. Staff are very helpful, courteous, friendly. Breakfast choices are simple , good and healthy. Amenities are minimal, Just no elevator, but tolerable. 3-5 ninutes to town by taxi $2.00 (yes $2.00). This would have cost me $5-7 in L.A. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very helpful. Simple boutique hotel with clean, modern rooms. Wonderful breakfast daily. Highly recommend. Located on the edge of town but only $2 taxi or 20 minute downhill walk to central area of town. Other amenities - assistance with tours, pool, hot tub, bottled water on each floor, fridge in room, evening coffee and tea.

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was great. The room was spacious and clean, the pool and jacuzzi area were always clean with towels. They had a nice breakfast in the mornings. There are 2 mini markets nearby for your essentials, and its a short taxi ride to town. Oscar and Ronal were very attentive in helping me book a tour, give recommendations of places to eat and even help me book a ferry on my last day. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great 2-bed room with 2 bathrooms .. perfect for our family of 4 especially with early starts every day. Their staff was kind enough to pack us a breakfast each day too. The hotel is a good 30 min walk from the main downtown area so you will need a cab to move around.

It’s all about cost versus location . Hotel is clean and comfy with pool, games room, decent rooms and good aircon and hot water, but it’s a 20 minute walk down to the port. We did it twice and it’s absolutely fine, and taxis are $2 flat fare, so not expensive, but you are away from the action. Which is why it’s so much cheaper than the similar hotels in town.

Friendly staff, very nice service, clean room, different fresh made breakfast every day. Hotel itself was very good and worth the stay even though it was in a bit of outskirt of the main town. For VIP access we meant to receive free airport transfer and room upgrade if available but didn’t receive it. Hotels.com displayed incorrect information and the hotel itself couldn’t assist with that.
