"The bar area was stylish and welcoming with a warming fire. The staff were friendly and accommodating which gave a relaxed atmosphere. Food was great (1 Sunday roast and 2 steaks) and reasonably priced. We had a 1 night stay in a courtyard room which was a good size and perfect as we had a dog with us. A decent breakfast set us up for the next day. Highly recommend."

"The hosts at this property are exceptional, so friendly, so welcoming. The room simply beautiful and the service was to match and make a perfect break away. To start the day with such a great breakfast and end the day with smiles and conversations, brilliant.
