Enjoyed our stay at the White Hart! The staff were very friendly and welcoming on check in. Room was clean and tidy with all basic amenities. Breakfast and other food good and very reasonable prices! Thanks, will book again next time we're staying in Exeter!

We had a recently refreshed room, which was very nice. The hotel is good value for money compared with the bigger chains in the same area. It is a nice period property with a good pub and restaurant.

Has their own car park (chargeable) but that is open to others. The hotel has a bar and its own restaurant. The Quay is very close and has restaurants. The cathedral is very near as is the main shopping area. I found the hotel very pleasant to stay in

The White Hart was comfortable & clean but maybe lacked a personal touch on checking in & checking out. We had to find a staff member, at both ends of our stay & the communication/instructions given, were very basic so we both felt that this is an area that could be improved on, to make the whole experience feel a little more valued & personable.
