"We really loved the location and staff at this hotel - the view is BEAUTIFUL over-looking the lake and was the highlight of the hotel and they've created cute decks in front of each room which are nice to relax on. The rooms and beds are fine but we did have bugs (including a cockroach) in the room. I understand this is sometimes common in Costa Rica so we try to be understanding about that, but it did poorly impact our night's sleep. Ultimately, we were happy we chose to stay at the lake...
