There isn’t much to not like about this resort. It’s great for families, going with friends or even a work retreat. The bungalows are spacious and modern. The lighting is rather dim though which is hard for us older people! There are plenty of food choices and the buffet had a lot to choose from. The only negative food experience was the $99 wine pairing. It was truly horrible but everything else was so great, we didn’t remember that snafu for long. The staff were very professional and did their jobs well. Everything exuded luxury. The reliable shuttle service made you forget the property was huge. Super convenient. The beach and pools were definitely a highlight. I would without a doubt recommend this property to anyone.

I had the best time at this resort! It was absolutely beautiful and the staff was so inviting, helpful, professional and kind! I only had one hiccup in my stay which was stepping on a sharp shell in my hotel room the first night. The nearby beach has small shells and stones instead of sand and I think a small piece of shell was missed by the cleaning staff. With all that said, I called the front desk for a bandaid and they sent a first aid employee who carefully cleaned my foot, bandage it, and cleaned up the blood drips on the floor. I could not have been more impressed with this resort! I would definitely recommend it and hope to revisit it some day!

What a great place for a family vacation, I did not realize how big of a property it is and this is our second time going. We got lost on one of the trails and ended up at another hotel but it was still a part of the property and we were over an hour walk back to our location. Staff was very helpful. They actually called somebody to come and to pick us up in a van with air-conditioning on the hot day…lol The food was excellent. I had steak every day with the exception of one day that they had a lobster and calamari cookout for dinner. The beach and the pool were a lot of fun. We were on the adult side, but we like going to the family side due to the size of the pool and the added shade with the jungle theme. It’s a very nice property.

The property was amazing, we upgraded to the adult pool, is great if you like to relax and want ambience. The food was just okay, there were a few items on the menu that was really great, just a few. It’s disheartening that you pay for all inclusive and then have to pay for lobster or other cuts of beef. I think if they work on the menu and provide some nightlife it would be perfect!

Property and resort staff were amazing. Didn't like that room security was non existent. My sons were hanging out in their room and another guest walked in. We complained about the mishap. It was never followed up by the hotel staff. Also, didnt care for the wrist bands/room keys associating your "status".

Just got back from a 7 night stay. Had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean and loved the filtered water machine and cappuccino maker in our room. Most food was very good with Bamboo (Asian) and Manglar (seafood) being our favorite restaurants. The pizza stand by the pool was awesome! The pool and pool bar staff were fun. Shoutout to Alan at the club swim-up bar. Recommend paying extra for the club adult side of the resort if you are traveling without kids. The beach was also great! We swam in the ocean and saw manta rays and sea turtles by the shore. Beautiful sunsets also. Highly recommend the Westin!

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Reserva Conchal. The property is well managed and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We did have a few hiccups during our stay but the staff always stepped in quickly. The Westin Club pool is lovely, the main pool is far from luxurious and very busy. The food at dinner was decent, but lunch was a big disappointment. The main issue we had was the beds, they were comfy but tiny for 2 adults (full size, not queen).

The property was beautiful and the staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. The pool could be amazing but the finish is so rough (like coarse sand paper) that it is uncomfortable and the water quality does not seem to be up to snuff (my white cover-ups came home with a brownish tinge. The most upsetting issue was the fact that the food in the open air buffet restaurant did not cover the food offerings, allowingt flys to land all over the food (disgusting). Also, at a resort of this category, I would have expected more air-conditioned areas to eat in. Additionally, I found the floors in the room quite dirty. Fortunately, the attention given by the staff went a long way to balance the good and the bad. Everyone gave over 100% to make us feel welcome and tried to meet all our needs.

The good: staff were very kind, facility was reasonably maintained (some age was showing though), beach access was nice. The bad: food was sub-par at best, food options were restricted as top restaurants would be booked out first thing in the morning (you have to use the Marriott Experience app to reserve things), they ask you to call operator for any assistance but phone response is super slow so you’re on the phone a bunch, most things close relatively quickly or are unavailable at random times, golf kart service was average, price felt too high for the quality of snacks & beverages that were available. Not planning to return to this facility.
