We had a great stay. The other pool was closed and one of the restaurants, but we still had a great time. Our room was far away from the pool and beach, but we didn’t mind it. It forced us to walk off our meals back to the room. There is a golf cart shuttle that runs throughout the day that helps if you need that.

I love this place! We traveled in September so it was less crowded. The food was amazing and the staff was welcoming. Everything was within reach and nothing was difficult to plan or look for. The only issue I had was ants in our room but once I told the staff they took care of it right away. Came back to my room and no more ants.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, our room and the resort were always clean, the food was amazing. There was so much to do and the beach and pools were beautiful. Our only issue was our soaking tub in our room did not have warm/hot water, but I’m sure if we mentioned it they definitely would have accommodated us. 10/10 experience definitely will be back!

Overall, everything was very good, and we had a great stay. One thing I would suggest is providing more information upfront when guests make the booking about the different all-inclusive levels or packages and what each one includes. For example, we later learned that guests staying under the Westin Family package have access to premium alcoholic beverages. Information like this should be clearly explained at the time of booking so guests understand exactly what is included with their package and can choose the option that best fits their needs. Other than that, we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the nicest inclusive resorts that my wife and I have ever been to and she is from Alajuela Costa Rica, this is our first time that we stayed there we celebrated our fourth anniversary and my birthday and it was excellent. Staff was excellent. there was a miscommunication about the pricing on the anniversary package room, and they honored the price that I was quoted. I can’t say enough good things about this property and it’s Staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s a matter fact I’m going to take my in-laws with me. Next time I go.
