“Unfortunately the hotel resort is under construction. One pool is not available and the other is in very rough condition as well as the playground is not available. All of this could have been okay however we weren’t notified of this and we specifically booked based on having everything available. “Well maintained property. Extremely helpful staff. Spa services and they have their own mall with 7/11, restaurant, 30 minute photoshoot, kayaking and great breakfast each day. Perfect if you do not want to leave the resort but not too far that you can get a tuktuk to go to Mist or Alona Beach. They also offer tour services which was a bonus as it is exclusive to us or your group.”
