Our stay at Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and professional. They were particularly patient and welcoming with my very talkative son, which meant a great deal to me and made our experience even more memorable. I would gladly recommend this resort to families and anyone traveling to Cebu. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful, welcoming stay here. It is an older hotel that is dated, but nevertheless, has a friendly staff and an excellent food selection for breakfast and drinks. We stayed at the concierge level where we had happy hour included from 5-7pm everyday and connecting rooms. The resort has snorkeling where you can see fish right from the beach.
