It has been my 6th stay and Bai hotel never disappoints, every time I visit Philippines i always and will always stay at BAI. The best hotel and best breakfast for me. The marble + grain has the best dinner for its price. Bai Hotel is family-friendly and security has been a top notch. Staffs are very serious on making things the best stay in cebu.

Everything was incredible, but a little challenging when trying to get information from the staff (restaurant locations, check-in/out procedures, etc.). The hair dryer was broken, and the shower did not have a door, so the water pooled all across the bathroom floor. The rooftop restaurant was amazing, and the views of the city were mesmerizing from every part of the hotel! I definitely recommend staying here.
