This was an absolutely outstanding stay and truly deserves five stars in every aspect. The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and consistently delivering top-tier service that made everything feel effortless. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with a great variety and quality that exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, conveniently attached to a popular mall and close to everything you could need. A particularly important highlight was the medical support available, having a night nurse on duty when a doctor was needed was incredibly reassuring and showed a real commitment to guest care. Overall, I genuinely couldn’t fault this place at all and would highly recommend it.

Hands down...one of best hotels i have ever stayed at. the location itself is centralized. the staff are always hospitable, respecful, and kind. the breakfast buffet has a lot of options. the housekeeping staff does a great job making our rooms clean and tidy. the one bedroom apartment we stayed at was very spacious. overall, i will definitely come back again!!!!

Seda is in a great location for shopping and not too far from the airport. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is loaded with many different selections too. Most things were nice. Food was a bit of disappointment. Lots of things in breakfast, but could be a better quality, especially the eggs; quite disgusting actually. What is the problem of preparing to each guest a nice plate of eggs, not those tiny plates, that eggs coming to your table, all soaked in oil.

Everything about this hotel was great. The only thing I noticed is about the breakfast. Breakfast is served between 6am-10am. The first day we were there we got to breakfast around 9am I think, the food was already cold. The next day we came to breakfast around 7am and the food was perfect, warm and delicious. Other than that minor detail, Seda Central Bloc is aces in my book. I would stay here again and again.

If I can give higher than excellent. We booked 1 night only but there was a typhoon in Cebu which made us stranded. Seda extended our stay with no Issues the staff was great the breakfast buffet was amazing the room is clean
