As you enter the hotel, you are greeted by friendly staff. The foyer is so open and welcoming and looks magnificent. Welcome drinks were given as we wait to check in. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Nice big bathroom, almost perfect, but the glass door separating the bath and the wash room is not tight enough to keep water from coming through. The floor could be slidy when wet, there should a rubber mat inside the bathroom to prevent accidents. Otherwise, all is good with all helpful and accomodating staff. Their beautiful ambiance is so relaxing.

We love their huge pool. Cleaning staff, staff in rhe sports bar, lounge and front desk were all helpful. However, they could have cleaned the beach earlier and better. it’s full of trash. We missed our breakfast on our last day since we had an early flight. Tried to call room setvice to have them prepare it ahead of time but line was always busy. The “supervisor” at the breakfast buffet did not even accomodate us before 6am to have them pack something for us since our airport shuttle was scheduled at 6am. We did not get what we paid for breakfast and was disappointed.

This was my second time to this property but the first time I spent the night. Property is so beautiful. Staff is so helpful and nice. Room was great. Had an oceanfront room in tower 2 on the 4th floor and the view was amazing. A few employees stood out with excellent service. Although there were others that I’m not mentioning specifically, all encounters were very nice. Lev. Check in Ruth. Supervisor check in Earvin. Bellhop Angel. Check out Would definitely recommend and I will go back.

We chose the Dusit based on the reputation and we were not dissapointed. We had been traveling around the south of Cebu and needed somewhere for an overnight stay before our flight, but I wish we had stayed longer. We were warmly greeted with cold water and cold towels, and check in was very quick and easy. Room was nice, clean and reasonably spacious. Room down the sides of the bed was limited. Whilst the bathroom was clean and in good condition, but the design was a little flawed as the toilet area was cramped, and there was no shower door which results in water coming out of the shower area. Water was hot, and very good pressure. We ate in the Sports Bar, food quality and service was great. Infinity pool was fantastic, nice and spacious and plenty of sunbeds whilst we were there. Our travel plans meant only one night at the hotel, and I wish it had been longer for a relaxing stay. Not sure of the activities in the area, but it does feel a little remote, which we liked. If I am in Cebu again, I would love to stay again, but for a little longer

Overall amenities were excellent. Beach was a bit disappointing though — not sand but very small pebbles. Plus you can’t even swim. When we were there, there was also a big event with 500 people — loud music was playing in the early morning. People had access to the pool which somehow felt invasive to the checked-in guests. People were walking around and using the facilities and some were rowdy. Management should have allocated a special area for them so the privacy of the in-house guests could have been maintained.
