部屋は綺麗でエアコンがきいていたのはよかった。 グラブアクセス付きの部屋でしたがセーフティボックスとベッドサイドのコンセントタップが不調で1時間近く修理に時間を要しました。 早朝に着いてチェックイン前にプールを利用させてもらえたので人的なサービスには満足しています。 ただ、ロビーが屋根付きではあるものの扇風機やクーラーが効いてるわけではないのでとても暑い。 せっかくお金を払ってラウンジアクセス付きにしたけど、２階の室内のラウンジが閉鎖されていて、1階のバーのところでアフタヌーンティーやカクテルタイムのサービスを受けましたがロビーと地続きの場所でこれも暑いです。 あとはアメニティも少し寂しい感じです。スリッパは最初からセットしておいて欲しかった。

スタッフの方は皆親切でした。 景色も良く、プールも広くて快適でした。 洗面所の洗面台から小さいムカデが出てきたのはびっくりしましたが、こういう土地柄仕方がないのかなと思いました。 朝ごはんも充実していて美味しかったし、全体的には過ごしやすかったのでまた機会があれば行きたいです。

ホテル内のレストランは、とても良かったがなかなか混んでいるのか長時間待たされた。フロント業務も時間がかかりチェックインもチェックアウトも待たされた。ホテルは、とても良いのに残念です。

All the staff are very very respectful and service is just remarkable, the whole resort is sparkling clean. However, restaurants are not in the phone directory or on their website so you had to dial and wait for the operator to transfer you which twice took me 3 redials to finally get the operator and was then transferred to room service instead of the Thai restaurant. We were there for 4 nights and not a lot of food choices for dinner. Also, Dusit must rethink of easier and faster way to check out.

We really enjoyed our stay — the hotel was perfect for relaxing, playing, and enjoying great meals. However, there’s nothing much around the hotel, so you’ll need to take a taxi if you want to go out.
