"Wir wollten ja in den Sonnwendhof, wurden aber in das 4* H+ Hotel & SPA Engelberg umgebucht. Da durften wir schon etwas erwarten. Der Empfang war auch spitzenklasse. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war voll oK. Das Nachtessen war gut, hat für ein 4* Hotel noch Luft nach oben. Die Ambiance im rustikalen Raum angenehm und gemütlich. Im urchigen Raum fragte ich mich warum das Cheminee künstlich beleuchtet wird, wenn die ehemaligen Telefonkabienen voller Holz...

"Das Zimmer war sehr geringhörig, man konnte nebenan das Schnarchen hören. Die Zimmer wären mit einer Farbe und evt. einem Bild an der Wand etwas wohnlicher und gemütlicher. Frühstück hat genügend Auswahl und ist sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr nett."
