We stayed here for two nights. Conveniently located near the train station and walkable to all the places you will want to visit. The room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good mid range choice for expensive Switzerland.

The location is close to the train station. The staffs are friendly, bed is comfortable, bathroom is big, the shower pressure is good, but the water could turn hot and cold suddenly. Breakfast is excellent! They let you choose two free drinks in the fridge.

The hotel is in a great location! The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The water in the shower did go hot/cold but it wasn’t too bad. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very conveniently located In Lucerne. We were very walkable to the train station and the chapel bridge, lion monument and waterfront. Lots of dining options nearby. Room was small but expected for a downtown hotel but very clean and the breakfast was nice. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel to others.

Perfect Lucerne location, walking distance to everything. The lounge area was a great place to have breakfast and enjoy take out food for dinner or lunch. Street noise a bit loud and the shower in the room made the whole bathroom wet but overall I can't complain. The location is the best and the staff were so nice and helpful. Reccomend!

Property was very nice, bed was good size, breakfast was excellent. Only limiting things were the elevator was small and no television reception. We weren’t there for tv so it didn’t effect a terrific visit.

Nice and clean hotel, excellent location close to the station and old town. Breakfast had a few vegan options witch I greatly appreciate! Rooms are a little small and get really hot during summer time, but they are clean and cozy. Overall a good experience.

Starting with the location, fantastic. Steps from the train station, central to everything. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff were amazing. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The reception was extremely helpful whenever asked. Finally, the breakfast will fill you with good quality food.
