The hotel has a great location, especially for travelers using Zurich Airport. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning significantly impacted our experience. The room became uncomfortably warm at night, making it difficult to sleep. Opening the window was not a good solution, as it allowed insects to enter the room and also let in outside noise. Overall, the hotel has many positives, particularly its location and excellent staff, but the absence of proper air conditioning made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep.
