This hotel is really simple but was perfect for us. We enjoyed the balcony, breakfast, and was an excellent location. We also loved the vegetarian restaurant next door. The staff was incredibly helpful and you can walk easily!

Great breakfast with coffee machine available all day. We were in Lucerne when the temps were in the 90s, so with no air-conditioning it was a bit tough, but the staff did provide us with two fans for our rooms, which was very kind and much appreciated

Great location for the train and the room was great clean tidy and a good size, Staff were great very helpful from the moment you arrived.We had bed and breakfast which was very good quality it was a Continental breakfast but all the things were very good quality. I would recommend this hotel for a few nights stay if you’re looking to be central, by the train station and have a short walk into the heart of the town which is a 300 mtr walk away. Great choice for me and my wife.

The room and stay was good. The breakfast was excellent. I’d recommend this hotel IF you don’t mind have NO air conditioning and are a solid sleeper. Pros - Breakfast- we really enjoyed the breakfast - Beds were comfy - Staff was friendly - Location! So close to everything and the train station Cons - No AC. I know this is standard in Switzerland. - Loud!!! No AC = open windows on main road. The traffic was very LOUD and interrupted our sleep - No vent in shower which made our room hotter I personally would not stay here again because of the lack of AC and loud road noise. Everything else was great.
