"The hotel itself is an older hotel with a beautiful location on lake Lucerne. The staff was fabulous. The check in desk assisted us with everything. The restaurant servers were exceptional. Especially in making sure my husband had the best single malt whisky. The food was some of the best of our entire trip. We would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed the piano player"

"das Abendessen war sehr fade hatte keinen Geschmack.Und beim Spa bereich hatte der pool kein warmes Wasser,uns wurde erklärt das seit Samstag ausegefallen sei sowas sollte nicht so lange ausfallen und sonst sollte man eine vergünstigung oder Vorwarnung geben. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr sauber,und ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet. "
