The service from the moment we arrived until we checked out was excellent. They have a sparkling and still water fountain in the lobby to fill your bottles. Not to mention, it is within walking distance from the train station.

The property is very convenient to the train station and Old Town, tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. With that being said, be prepared to hear trains all night. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The hotel is well maintained, and rooms are very clean, although not spacious, only one night stand with little to no counter space in the bathroom. We had an early departure so we missed the timing of the free breakfast and there was no grab and go available, so that would be nice if they could offer their early departure guests something since the price includes breakfast. All in all, very nice hotel in a convenient location with amazing staff.

Our stay at Cascada could not have been better. Clean comfortable room, and a truly wonderful breakfast buffet experience. Very competent people operate this place! The staff were excellent. Really appreciated the water bottles and the refillable water station in the lobby. The Cascada is just down the street from the train station, which was great for us, and also close to the waterfront.

Really enjoyed our stay at the beautifully decorated and full of all the required amenities at the hotel . Very close to station /supermarket ,pier for the boat cruise and town . Staff could not be any more helpful as they did everything to make our stay wonderful . Courtsey services that stood apart included free glass bottle for each guest. Sparkling /still water taps at reception with fruits and candies Umbrella for guests if it rains which came handy Special thanks to Yara who made our trip memorable with her assitnce at all times and planning our days . Elena made sure to help us with a smile and patience at the reception with all our asks and needs . Overall nothing was too much to ask for the reception staff and they were all wonderful . Definitely would be staying again when we are back to the lovely Lucerne xx

Staff were so friendly and helpful, it made our stay really wonderful. Nice, quiet hotel but still very close to railway station and centre of Lucerne. We got the train from Zurich airport and walked to the hotel in 5 minutes. Food in restaurant absolutely delicious!

Room was clean, but had a funny smell. I am wondering if a dog may have been in there prior to our stay the next day they did a very detailed cleaning and then it smelled much better and was not an issue. I loved the set up of the room for a family and the location is also overall great.

Nice, clean, basic hotel within a 5-minute walk from the Lucerne Train Station. The chapel bridge (Kapellbrücke) and riverside restaurants are within a 10-minute stroll from the hotel. Air conditioning worked fine as it was really necessary with the heat and humidity at the end of May.

So conveniently located near the main train station, very cute boutique style hotel with delicious restaurant. Staff was so friendly and made us and our two littles feel right at home. Hotel room was clean, loved the family room set up which gave us plenty of space for all four of us!
