"Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...

"Location very close to ski facilities and mountain tracks. Very friendly staff. Nice outdoor relaxation area. The window view depends on the room. "

"The location at the edge of Bansko is nice and quiet with nature all around. The only down side is that the walls have no soundproofing so you can hear your neighbours conversations quite clearly."

"Parkkialue talvella todella pieni. Aamupalalla kannattaa varautua taustalla voimakkaasti soivaan teknomusiikkiin. Huone oli koko viikon todella likainen vaikka siivooja kävi päivittäin. Pyydettäessä lisä siivousta harjasivat vain lattian. Henkilökunta puhui huonosti englantia. Vastaanotto aukesi vasta klo 7. Spa osastolla ei ole hierontaa. (Finnish sauna) saunassa ei saa heittää vettä kiukaalle."

"I can not check in cos. Reservation not exists. I called expedia help desk overseas phone calls costs me 20$. Staff very unfriendly. We waited 2 hours after that they offer us very dirty room with double price . Door price. We found another friends motel nearby and stayed there."
