"Excellent hotel in the heart of Sofia. Great breakfast, spotless when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness, walking distance to NDK and a stone throw to Vitoshka street and last but not least- very safe neighbourhood. Beds are confi so are the pillows."

"We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...
