Hotels with smoking rooms in Bolívar

"Room was small but ok for a one night stay. The check in process was a bit uncomfortable as the staff asked for payment and it was already prepaid. I had a receipt as proof but they could not verify, so I had to get online and contact Expedia customer service who called hotel. It took some time and it was late and very hot since there is no AC in reception area. The breakfast was good and the bed pretty comfortable, which can be hard to find in Colombia."
