Food at the hotel is super expensive. It’s a lot cheaper to go out and eat outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants around the area.

The best hotel. The friendliest staff. I cannot wait to go back one day in the future. Cartagena was a beautiful place. But the hotel and the food was amazing. I give this property 10 stars. I loved it.

I had a great time in Cartagena, and I am very happy about choosing the Hilton Hotel to stay at. Great service, very clean, the Hotel staff was very accommodating. I would go back to the same hotel if I go back to Cartagena.

Hilton Cartagena has a lot to offer, with a beautiful beachfront location, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding staff. This was our second stay, and while we still enjoy the property, it’s beginning to show its age in several areas. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the main pool. Since our last visit in November, it has noticeably deteriorated. The splash deck is missing numerous tiles, and the exposed grout is rough and even stains your swimsuit. We were genuinely surprised to see this level of wear at a Hilton property. The hallways throughout the hotel also have a musty smell and could benefit from a refresh. We still enjoyed our stay and appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff, but the hotel would greatly benefit from investing in maintenance and renovations to restore it to the standard expected of the Hilton brand.
