This hotel is amazing, rooms are impeccable, staff very cordial, food is great but what we found extraordinary was the bar service, Bladimiro and Neider, they made us feel like family, they went above and beyond on the service. Definitely a hotel we will stay again. Highly recommend.

Awesome staff many people speak English which was very helpful. Big shout out Alison and David from Chivas Restaurant in the Hotel for their exceptional hospitality. They both are brand ambassadors for the Hilton Brand internationally.

The best hotel. The friendliest staff. I cannot wait to go back one day in the future. Cartagena was a beautiful place. But the hotel and the food was amazing. I give this property 10 stars. I loved it.

We love the hotel! Really safe, clean, organized, the ambiance is awesome! The staff are very nice, kind and with really good attitude.They explain everything really well. The food is amazing! The pool area really clean, and nice! We would love to come back for our next visit!

They surprised me on my birthday with this amazing surprise!

Hilton is the way to go! Only a 10 mins ride from the walled city. Staff is kind and very helpful! The breakfast buffet is delicious! The staff at breakfast are the nicest people ever! Diego was very kind and attentive! The ladies making the omelets and the lady making the smoothies are the best!

Room clean, staff terrible in attitude but they do their job, pools great for kids also kids activities were nice. White Taxis in front of the hotel are safe and prices are ok, ask for Smelin Ortiz, he was the only nice person and good attitude in the hotel, if you need safe transportation ask for him. Great access to the beach. Great location in bocagrande.
