The room was incredibly clean and well kept, the cleaning staff were timely and diligent every day; only concern is the limited closet space, I was there with my Fiancé for 8 days, and there was only one small closet for both of our things, we made it work, but just a word of warning. The pools were both great, the breakfast and coffee were generous and delicious. The staff were what really stood out, everyone was friendly, helpful and always had a smile.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. One of my favorite things was that, just a few steps outside the hotel, I found myself surrounded by Cartagena’s beautiful, colorful streets, full of charm and local character. It was the perfect location to experience the city on foot. What truly made my stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single person I met was kind, respectful, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making my experience special. They made me feel less like a guest and more like part of their community. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and every detail reflected the care and hospitality of the team. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena.
