I had a great stay at this hotel in Cartagena, Colombia. Everything was very clean and modern, and the rooftop area was absolutely amazing. Excellent place to stay. The staff are 1st class. Restaurant on 2nd floor has some excellent choices, and one you should avoid if you are from the US. Avoid the Casear Salad, because they literally cooked it in the oven.
