Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping kept our room clean everyday, just make sure to leave any tip on the bed or with a note or else they won’t take any cash from your room even if it’s laid out on the table near the bed. The animals is what I loved most about the hotel, all of them were friendly and some of them let you pet them. Overall amazing experience here

As someone who exercises regularly I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of gym equipment available which meant I did not have to search off site for a commercial gym. The pool is also an excellent option for exercise as well. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The variety of animals is a unique experience. Of course Cartagena heat and humidity are part of the experience but one adjusts. Rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only minor issue I struggled trying to figure out the TV setup. No big deal - not in Cartagena to watch TV :) Definitely would visit again and recommend.

I choose an ocean view. Though, it was an abstract view. Inside of rooms were clean, but older.. the top of the ceiling in the shower fell, so we had cables sticking out. I did call and they were willing to help but we had to be there and we really didnt have time to wait. Other than that facility is well maintained. Nice pools to use, and the best part was breakfast was included which made it easy on those days were we had to rush out to get our activities going.

This is a fantastic hotel all around. The food was wonderful, the pools are great, the location is prefer with the beach and lots of great restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Caribe.
