"Everything was excellent"

"Large, clean rooms; good value for money"

"Called the hotel and was told it had been closed down by government. Later heard it had been closed for weeks. They offered an alternative but we turned this down. Not what you want when trying to check in at 23:00! Still not refund from hotel or hotel.com"

"Very Good Hotel "

"The food either in free breakfast or Room service had excessive salt all the time. Although there was no shortage in taste."

"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"Even though it was a one night stay as I traveled through Dhaka, the hotel and its staff were excellent. Room was very clean. Airport transfers were handled very well"

"Room service was great and food was tasty. Room was spic and span, and sheet and towels were changed every two days. Great place for a long or short stay."
