We had a great stay at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel with our family. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service-minded, and the gym is modern, well equipped, and open 24/7. The rooftop pool was a very refreshing escape from the city’s bustle. We can strongly recommend this hotel. A small tip for families traveling with toddlers: bring waterproof swim diapers for the pool, as they were difficult to find locally.*

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly well taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and offers high-quality service in every detail. Its central location made everything in Dhaka much easier and more accessible. What made my stay truly special was the exceptional hospitality. Sajuti, one of the hosts, went above and beyond throughout my entire trip. She was always attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring, making my experience in Dhaka so much smoother and more enjoyable. I would also like to highlight Ikram, the Duty Manager, Karolina and Ahad who were consistently kind, helpful, and professional. His support and warm attitude added greatly to the overall experience. As a woman traveling solo, feeling safe and supported matters a lot, and thanks to the care and professionalism of the team, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and at ease every day. This level of attention truly made all the difference. A beautiful hotel with outstanding service and genuinely wonderful people. I would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay. Interior met USA standards, which was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Area around hotel was typical for Dhaka. I felt safe walking around during the day and evening. There are good options to eat within the hotel and walking distance. Finding the options walking distance from the hotel takes a bit of creativity and adventurism to find them! (Which is part of the fun.)
