“Crown House is a small property run by a superbly hospitable, attentive, and very welcoming staff. Cleanliness of the property is impeccable. Its location on the Cowley Road is ideal since that thoroughfare offers a huge array of tasty, affordable dining options (great Turkish, Chinese, Persian, and North African restaurants). “Spent two great days at this B&B. It's off the main highways in a small village environment. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We had a warm welcome from the staff, who were helpful, friendly and made our stay relaxing. The room was large, clean and stocked with tea, coffee and water. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast bun was amazing, the bacon and sausage tasted great. We had an evening meal which was also prepared and cooked well. “This is simply a very nice place to stay. It's unpretentious and excellent value for money. The rooms are small but comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed a couple of times for B&B and would certainly recommend it.”

“One of the best B&B rooms I have stayed in. Room size was BIG! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The whole place was aesthetically decorated yet very practical - could not fault it. Limited parking on site, but more off-road parking available on side road. We had to leave early, so did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Overall 5 stars and highly recommended!”
