“Not clean .. absolutely no lights in the room at all no lamps nothing. The tub faucet was broken and cut my hand. There was newspaper clippings pasted to the wall with scratches on the walls with giant holes and painters tape covering everything.. the door didn’t shut all the way having to lock it to stay shut. The staff came and told me a woman when she brought me a lamp very late last night said I had two hour late check out well now she wants me out at 12 and I’m at a doctors appt. This was...

“La habitación estaba muy sucia, las cobijas también estaban sucias y tenían manchas amarillas y estaban rotas, ni tan siquiera había papel higiénico en el baño, el lavamanos no servía y en recepción pedí que por favor me cambiaran de habitación y me dijeron que no habían más disponibles, mi decisión fue irme de ese lugar. Solicité un reembolso de inmediato y hasta ahora no me lo han hecho. Pido que por favor se hagan cargo de mi reembolso. Gracias.”
