Front desk help, Al Patel was fantastic, however, for the hotel to have been mostly renovated, it still was not in the best of conditions. Still one of my favorites, just wish they had things more under control like cleanliness. But thanks Al for making it the best it could be at the moment.

The staff is very friendly, just the room is smelling a lot like cigarrettes, the location is not good since a lot of noise from the road. Very dirty the area.

Thw room was okay. The ceilings looked like they never finished the work. The bathroom had mold starting to form on the ceiling. When my boyfriend and i woke up to check out my car was missing when i went to the front desk i was told i had to wait for the hotel manager to arrive just to rewind the cameras to see what happened to my car i had to call the police to find out what happened to my car. All they were able tp do is offer us food till the manager showed up

The room stink and had small roaches, I told them that and the lady asked me to open the door for a little while. I asked for a refund and was denied, which I thought would’ve rightfully been given to me because of the room but my experience was terrible.

Was going to try to charge me for my service dog. Cigarette burns on the pillows. Pretty sure a lady of the night was right above. Very unsafe area.
