I had a problem with my room and the young lady didn't have a problem with putting me in another room. She was very nice about it. The rooms are nice and clean. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Hotel room was disgusting. Smell was terrible and everything was gross. I will happily provide pictures. We couldn’t even sit down because it was so nasty. We did not stay, didn’t feel safe.

Bathtub was clogged with long filthy hair and I am a bald guy ( wasn’t my hair ) I had to unclog it myself and puked. That means the bathtub had never been cleaned. Please do an effort to improve cleanliness. My worst experience ever this year
