Vacations Close To Children's Museum and Theatre of Maine

It's a decent hotel in the process of doing some renovations. The restaurant does not appear to be open at the moment which was not a hardship for us. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk folks were great during the day. At night, while trying to call for the shuttle one night the desk did not answer at all. The next night, the clerk gave us a bit of a runaround. But the shuttle drivers were awesome and made sure we were not left stranded downtown. Would stay here again.

The room was very clean and nice. The only thing that was not so great was the loud motor going on and off for some of the night. Otherwise it was great!

Walking distance of plenty of restaurants. Off site parking easy to find.

Beautiful hotel ,old style elegance . Blends in with old Portland area giving you top amenities,and top notch hospitality.

Great location! You do have to pay for parking but wasn't an issue getting our car in and out. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, Eastern prom etc. Breakfast was solid for free hotel breakfast. Our daughter used the pool which was clean. Would recommend for staying in the Old Port!

The rooms were good and opened into a little patio, but there was a stink of smoke that wouldn't leave us. We had to get a room freshener. Also, there is no 24 hours accessible water fountain. The water dispenser is in the gym that closes at 10pm and we were compelled to buy waters. It is kind of sad.
