The staff were excellent and the bar was welcoming. The drive to downtown was short however the $50 per day to park was a surprise and no one likes surprises.

Stayed in King Studio room. Impressive size, tall ceilings and high quality fixtures and appliances. Very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only confusion was around the valet parking versus self parking. Self parking is metered and overnight costs more than valet.

Charged 48 dollars a night just to park. The pool was not even open. Check in was not ready at 3 when we got there. Had to put a 100 dollar deposit on room have not seen credit yet on my card left room spotless. City of Portland charges 3 percent hotel tax on rooms.

Property was only opened less than a week. Everything was new. Two of the guest use dryers were malfunctioning. The dishwasher in guy room was also inoperative. Parking is very limited considering the amount of guest room. Cost of daily parking is outrageous.
