“This is an old style cottage in a rural setting, which does'nt have the best access, however once there the location is surrounded by woodland and fields which are pleasant. The Lady of the house is a charming individual who was welcoming. The breakfast catered for dietary needs and was wholesome. In general a comfortable stay with no frills, but enjoyable none the less. We would use Bridge Cottage again if we visited the area.”

The rooms are lovely, comfortable and very clean and the extra touches (tea/coffee facilities and cold milk in the fridge) are thoughtful and very appreciated. The breakfast is delicious and very thoughtful. I thought £7 for 2 slices of sourdough bread and £5 for a bottle of water to take to my room was a bit excessive!”
